I’m really starting to get a hold on this technique to make layer cakes. Before I was messing around with several baking tins and then cutting each cake to the desired shape. No I bake one big cake in a sheet pan and with my round cut-out form I manage to get the perfect layers.
This looks like I’ve maybe spent hours preparing it but it’s easy, clean and gives you a good end result. Now you can experiment with all kind of flavors and fillings. A bit like the cupcake actually…
